A Letter to Mother

What is a mother to you? Isn’t it she represents a true angel in this world? A true martyr and a hero. We all know being a mother is the hardest job in this world.

24 hours a day,
7 days a week,
30 days a month and
12 months a year.

No double pay, no overtime pay, no holiday bonuses or even 13th month pay.

The day we were born or the day a mother gave birth is the day she felt the most painful feeling ever in this world. Study shows that a human being can only handle 45 (Del) of pain yet a mother when giving birth felt a 57 (Del) of pain. The comparison of that pain is like having 20 bones fractured of a human at a time.

NOTE: A (Del) dolorimeter is an instrument used to measure pain threshold and pain tolerance. Dolorimetry has been defined as “the measurement of pain sensitivity or pain intensity.

And here we are giving our mother pain and sorrow unintentionally or vice versa. I guess many of us have hurt our mother as a child and maybe up to now or even disobey without any reason or with wrong purpose and intention. I myself am guilty to that.

You know the only way to stop being a mother is when the day she dies. Will you wait for those moments before you owe her thank her, respect her, care her and love her? I hope not. Do it now when you have time and when she can hear you, feel you and love you.

This article is acknowledgement to my mother and also to all mothers in this world.
Thank you and I love you.
Thank you for the life you gave to me.
Thank you for the unmatchable care and
Thank you for unconditional love.

I, personally wanted to honor all your sacrifice and as a child wanted to say that you are the greatest person we ever met in this world.

You are truly the meaning of EVERYTHING.
